Payment Information

1. Pricing & Order Total

All product prices are shown in USD, excluding shipping fees.
Your final order total at checkout includes:
- Product subtotal
- Shipping cost (if any)
- Any applicable taxes or duties based on your shipping address
We reserve the right to update prices on the website at any time and to correct any pricing errors that may occur.
If a pricing error affects an order that has not yet been shipped, we may cancel or adjust the order and will contact you for confirmation or issue a refund.

2. Taxes & Duties

Any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the rate in effect at the time your order is billed.
For international orders, your local customs office may charge import duties, customs fees, handling fees, or other taxes. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees unless clearly stated at checkout, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tax rates and rules are set by local authorities and may change from time to time.

3. Coupons & Discount Codes

If you have a coupon or discount code, you can use it during checkout:

Enter your code in the “Discount code” or “Coupon code” field on the checkout page and click “Apply”.
Unless otherwise stated, only one coupon code can be used per order.
Coupon codes are valid only for the period and conditions specified in the promotion (for example: minimum order amount, selected products, or exclusions on sale items).
Coupon codes cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed.
If you cancel or return items from an order where a coupon was used, the discount may be recalculated, and the refunded amount will reflect the final value of the order after the discount.

All payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
We do not store your full card details on our servers.

If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or payment provider, or try another payment method.

5. Order Confirmation & Proof of Purchase

After your payment is successfully processed, you will see an order confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email.
This email includes your order number, order details, shipping address, and payment summary. It serves as your proof of purchase.
If you created an account on our website, you can also view your order history and download your order details from the “My Account” section.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order:
- Please first check your spam/junk folder.
- If you still cannot find it, contact us at Service@InkOMG.com with your name and the approximate order date so we can resend your proof of purchase.

6. Updates to This Payment Information

We may update this Payment Information page from time to time to reflect changes in our pricing, tax rules, available payment methods, or legal requirements. The version shown on the website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
