All orders are processed and shipped from our distribution center in China.

Processing time is Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (China Time). Orders are usually shipped within 3 business days after being placed.

Orders placed after 10:00 am on Friday may be processed the following Monday.
During peak seasons or holidays, order processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience!
