Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
No-Reason Returns
We support no-reason returns within 14 days of receipt.
Due to the difficulty of finding affordable and secure return shipping options, we allow customers to dispose of the product and provide photo evidence instead of shipping it back. Once verified, we will process your refund.
Please note:
Shipping fees are not included in refunds.
For orders that qualified for free shipping, an $8 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
To start a return, contact us at Service@InkOMG.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Application Guarantee
We are committed to providing high-quality semi-permanent/temporary tattoos.
If your tattoo fails to apply correctly, we offer a free replacement.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Note: Tattoo stickers are paper-based products and may develop wrinkles, creases, or bent corners during shipping. As long as the design is intact, these do not affect usability and are not considered valid reasons for a refund.
Shipping Address Issues & Delivery Problems

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for packages that show as successfully delivered but are lost or stolen afterward.
If you experience either of these situations, please contact us at Service@InkOMG.com. While we cannot guarantee a refund, we are committed to customer satisfaction and will do our best to assist you.
Refused Packages
If a package is refused by the customer without a valid reason, we can issue a refund after the package is returned to us, but $8 will be deducted to cover the original shipping cost.
⚠️ Important:
If a package is refused without prior notice, it may be discarded by the shipping carrier and deemed as abandoned by the recipient. In such cases, we will not issue a refund.
Please make sure to contact us before taking action, so we can help process your request properly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

Custom or personalized tattoos

Sale items or gift cards

Promotional items or free gifts

Perishable goods, personal care products, and hazardous materials

Size Variations
Due to the production process, minor size variations may occur.
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for size discrepancies.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please place a new order after your return is accepted and processed.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or verify your photo evidence), we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at Service@InkOMG.com.
